The perforated cable tray roll forming machine line is high performance production line for manufacture cable tray profile with slotted holes for supporting electric wiring in commercial and industrial construction. The cable tray which was produced by machine usually made from middle gauge steel thickness from 0.8~2.0mm.

The perforated cable tray roll forming machine successfully integrated hydraulic punching device or high speed press machine for radiation holes on cable tray. Also, the telescope shaft is available to rapid size changeover without toll change. Pre-cut or post cut can both equipped for cut off finished product.

Designing:

Assembling:

Testing:

Raw material of different specifications are prepared for testing. And during test, long enough material is used. Because if the material is not long enough, some defects can not be exposed.

Delivery:
