Product Description
Transmission line accessories include wires and cables, power fittings, switches and other standard parts. Wires and cables include insulated wires, bare wires, control cables, communication cables, signal cables, power cables, and electrical cables for electrical equipment. Power fittings include crossarms, supports, terminal clamps, and more. Switches also include isolating switches, load switches, grounding switches, reclosers, fuse breakers, switch cabinets, contactors, etc.
Types of Accessories
1. Hanging clamps, tension clamps, UT clamps, connection fittings, connection fittings, protection fittings, equipment clamps, T-type clamps, bus fittings, pull fittings and other categories; can be used as line fittings and transformer fittings.
2. According to the type of transmission line accessory, it is divided into malleable cast iron, forging, aluminium copper aluminium and cast iron, a total of four units.

Suspension fittings, also known as support fittings or hanging clips are mainly used to suspend wire insulator strings (mostly used for linear pole towers) and suspension jumpers on insulator strings.
Anchor fittings, also known as fastening fittings or wire-resistant clamps. Anchor fittings are mainly used to fasten the terminal of the wire to make it fixed to the string of insulators. Anchor fittings bear the full tension of the conductor and lightning conductor, and some anchor fittings may be used as conductors.
Connection fittings, also known as suspension accessories are used to connect insulators in strings and connect the metal fittings with the metal fittings. It is able to withstand mechanical loads.
Successive fittings are used for connecting various bare wires and lightning conductors. The connection bears the same electrical load as the wire, and most of the fittings bear the full tension of the wire or lightning conductor.
Protective fittings are used to protect wires, insulators from vibrational and compressional damage, and to prevent excessive damage caused by movement.
Contact fittings are used to connect the hard bus bar and soft bus bar to the outgoing terminals of electrical equipment, the T connection of the wire and the unloaded parallel connection. These connections are electrical contacts. Therefore, higher electrical conductivity and contact stability are required.
Fixed fittings, also known as power plant fittings or high-current bus fittings are used for fixing and connecting various hard buses or soft buses and post insulators in power distribution devices. Most fixed fittings are not used as conductors, but only for fixing, supporting and hanging. However, since these fittings are used for large currents, all components should have no hysteresis loss.
