1. Application of Steel Roll Turning Lathe : Professionally used for modifying re-grooving the old steel rolls or machining the new steel roll , roll bar by steel plants. The roll turning cnc lathe can not only realize the machining process of turning, tapping, threading, groove, etc, but also the facing, ex-circle, surface, etc

Regarding the PLC Control system, we have our own design with national patent. The function of our designed PLC control system can be compared with CNC Control system. It is more convenient and easy operation than CNC Control. 

Product Discrption:

This CNC Automatic Lathe Machine, roll turning lathe machine  is mainly used in processing roller hole pattern for steel mill. Adopted modeling cutter, roll lathe can process roller for FT, semi-FT and cutting off, it can also fix for hole pattern. The roll lathe can also process in roller's Outside cylindrical surface and other axis parts.

CNC mill roll lathe machine mainly used for semi-finish turning and finish turning processing of cast iron, steel and nonferrous metal roll. Cutters made of high-speed steel. This lathe can be used for turning and processing roll excircle, end faces, various complex pass profiles and curved surfaces, or for the processing of shaft parts made of materials such as cast iron, steel and nonferrous metal.

Roll lathe is made up of lathe bed, headstock, tailstock, knife rest, center rest and other parts. Headstock and tailstock are installed between lathe beds. Tailstock can move or still along the guide rail for fulfil various length.
