Facing CNC Lathe Machine Features: 

This series Horizontal Facing CNC Lathe with boring bar attachment can utilize high-speed steel and carbide cutting tools to finish rough or finish turning process for not only the non-ferrous metals like various structure steels, Aluminum Mold, Tyre Mold, casting steels and irons, but also the external/internal cylindrical / conical/ spherical surfaces, thread of non-metal materials and all kinds of the surface of curve rotary body.

It is widely used for machining various metal parts like tyre mold, Flange, wheel, shipyard propeller, cylinder body, pump body, impeller, turbine, and other disc parts.

1. All castings are made of high-strength meehanite HT250.

2. The lathe is in one-piece structure and made of meehanite, greatly enhancing its abrasion resistance, and the internal force elimination process produces high vibration resistance and considerably enhances stability.

3. The Spindle of Head-stock adopts grinding process, spindle bearings are all high-precision bearings, The gear material is 40 Cr forged material, according to GB standard, the gears are quenching to improve the accuracy of grinding teeth. Large enough ring gear and matching gear through the helical surface contact bite, to ensure that the spindle box has sufficient machine torque, helical bite-tooth contact characteristics of the whole tooth surface to ensure the stability of the gear and ensure that machine tool transmission ratio, which makes the machine has smaller noise.

4. This facing cnc lathe can be installed a boring bar attachment to realize both turning and boring processes, in this way, the customer saves input cost and improve the machining effiency.
