2 About dog tag
Dog tag, which named pet tag too, is the informal identification for the someone. There are two kinds of dog tags; one is name military dog tags, it is a identification card for the soldiers, every one of US is wearing chest dog tags for active duty must match the configuration for identification. The dog tag is sheet with dimensions of 50*30 mm, with about 60 mm long ball chain. Other dog tag is for pet, for recognition each pet. Most of the dog tags are made with metal, such as zinc alloy, iron, stainless steel, copper and aluminum, with soft enamel, 3D embossed and debossed logo, print and laser engraved logo, the dog tag wins a popular market.
3 Shipping information
♦ sample time: 5 days for existing sample, 8-10 days for custom design after the payment and artwork confirm.
♦ production time: 25-35 days after the sample confirm. (all the metal dog tag need to produce without stock)
♦ delivery time: door to door about 4-7 days; air shipment about 7-15 days; sea shipment about 25-40 days
♦ delivery term: ex-factory, door to door, FOB and CIF
♦ loading port: Guangzhou & Shenzhen port of China, the other ports are ok if there is requirement
4 After sale service
Seller will warrants all the products against defects due to workmanship or materials but does not cover the damage due to acts of god, abuse, improper maintenance & operation, dis-assembly of parts, scratches, any defects cause by your own driver or attempted repair.
Terms:
* Buyer need the check all the products when they received them, if any outer carton damage, please take the photo and claim against the carrier.
* Buyer should inform the seller in 1 weeks when found the defective products.
* Seller need to respond for nothing if the buyer do any maintenance on the defective products without inform the seller.
* Seller guarantee for the defective ones, seller offer free replacement or maintenance, but buyer need to prove the defective with needed information, such as PI number, pictures, video, etc. (if can’t not confirm if it is quality problems or not , need send back the defective products and buyer should prepay shipping of sending back first)
* The seller will prepare the replaced goods to be sent to buyer within 1-2 month after receiving the return goods from buyer, but the parts can be sent to buyer within one month after the faulty are on the way to them to avoid delay.
* Regarding spare parts or replacement buyer will provide detailed info and record for goods return for the seller.
* The seller cannot change parts, materials design or any modifications for the products without informing the buyer, and agreed by both parties.
