Introduction
PET film is made of thick sheets by extrusion and then biaxially stretched. At the same time, it is a polymer plastic film. The aluminized film is a vacuum aluminizing process where high-purity aluminum wire is exposed to high temperature (1100~1200℃) Evaporate into a gaseous state, and then when the plastic film passes through a vacuum evaporation chamber, the gaseous aluminum molecules are deposited on the surface of the plastic film to form a bright metallic film.
Application
It is widely used in food packaging, tobacco industry packaging, composite, printing, self-adhesive labels, etc. It is suitable for all kinds of high-end tobacco and alcohol packaging, gift boxes and other gold and silver cardboard. It can be used for packaging and trademarks of milk powder, tea, medicine, food, etc., and laser anti-counterfeiting materials.
The aluminum-plated film has good reflection ability to ultraviolet and infrared rays, and achieves the effect of blocking ultraviolet rays. At the same time, it can improve the film's oxygen barrier, moisture barrier, and metallic luster.
