Core material is hexagonal 3003 type aluminum honeycomb core, aluminum foil thickness 0.04~0.06mm, side length 5~6mm, the use of roller forming technology to complete the molding of the front and back skin, automatic machine equipment folding, the front and back skin in the installation side tightly bite. The whole process is completed in the modern factory, using hot pressing technology, because of the high heat conduction value between the aluminum skin and the honeycomb, the internal and external aluminum skin thermal expansion and contraction synchronous; Honeycomb aluminum skin has small holes, so that the gas in the plate can flow freely; The sliding mounting buckle system will not cause structural deformation during thermal expansion and contraction, thus ensuring extremely high flatness. Using adhesive: two-component polyurethane high temperature curing adhesive, with automatic honeycomb plate composite production equipment through pressure and high temperature composite, overcome the brittle problem of the previous honeycomb plate adhesive layer. The inner layer is a special hexagonal aluminum honeycomb, which is composed of aluminum alloy with hardness up to H19. As the core plate adhered to the sandwich structure, it is subjected to pressure in the tangent direction. These interconnected dense honeycomb, like many small I-beams, can be dispersed to bear the pressure from the direction of the panel, so that the panel can be uniform, to ensure that the panel can still maintain a high flatness in a large area.
