The preheater is one of the key host equipment of the cement plant firing system, which is used to improve the heat exchange performance and reduce the energy consumption. Under the combined influence of various factors such as different materials, unequal expansion coefficients, and over-use temperature, various kinds of deformation, damage, cracking, falling and collapse will occur, affecting the normal production of the factory
