Air condition pump shell castings produced by resin sand casting process. This kind of casting are produced by gray iron material, material grade is HT250 (GJL250), and it is very important parts for air conditions. Important requirement is the surface quality which will have influence on the airflow; another important thing is the defects which will have influence on the sealing of castings during working. The main rejected castings during machining are because of casting defects. We don't allowed repairing during machining, so any defect will casue castings rejected.
The most important factor to produce qualified castings is to make right process control duting production. We pay attention on foundry materials, coating process, molding process and pouring control. To prevent casting defects from gating system, we also use 100% ceramic gating system to be sure no sand or other things get involved into the cavity.
We also produce a variety of customized gray iron parts used for different kind of machines by resand sand casting process. We have good casting process control, so our products have very stable dimension under big quantity production, also with excellent casting surface. Castings good surface allowed our products meet customers high requirement painting demand, and can let our customers have better performance on their market.
Air condition pump is the main castings used as shell of the air conditions. Normally it is produced by gray iron material, with high surface roughness requirement. The purpose of surface requirement is to let the parts have best performance when air flow through these parts. Exacp the surface quality, we also have high requirement on machining, especially no any defect is allowed during machining. To reach this requirement, we select furan resind sand casting process with special process control to keep right quality. Please find following information:
