Quality requirements for car battery starting wiring harness:
1. Ensure that the electric pile head of the battery is in close contact with the power cord and cannot be loosened;
2. Apply a layer of Vaseline or butter to the wiring pile head to prevent oxidation and rust of the wiring pile head;
3. Pay attention to the polarity when connecting the battery cable, do not connect it in reverse.
4. Electric welding and gas welding are strictly prohibited near the battery.
5. It is strictly forbidden to pass the tool wire harness above the battery. It cannot interfere with sharp edges and corners. If there is interference, protective measures must be taken (and to ensure that the keel rubber strip/bellows does not fall off), and the wire harness does not shake.
6. When the wire harness is fixed in the white pipe clamp, the consistency of the arrangement sequence of the same batch of vehicle wire harnesses must be guaranteed.
7. After quasi-wiring, straighten the wiring harnesses and place them neatly, and tie the excess wiring harnesses firmly with cable ties.
8. The wiring harness must be straight, neat, and beautiful, without shaking or force, without friction and interference, and hidden as much as possible.
9. Relay boxes and electrical control units should have instruction signs on exposed parts.
10. It is strictly forbidden to wear metal jewelry such as rings, watches, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, etc.
