Production of copper busbar:
1. The direction and size of the busbar are determined by the constructor, and the wiring of the switchgear of the same form should be consistent.
2. The busbar should be straightened and straightened. Use a busbar leveling machine to straighten the busbar, and use a mallet for local adjustment. The vertical bend (side bending) should be no more than 2mm/m, and the flat bend (wide-face bending) should be no more than 3mm. /m, the cut surface should be flat, and there should be no burrs and notch deformation affecting the quality.
3. According to the position of the components and the selected direction, use hard wires or other materials to make the busbar template to obtain the most ideal bending form, and use the special punching and cutting material for the busbar processing machine according to its unfolded size, and draw the bending line.
4. The surface of the busbar should be smooth and smooth, and there should be no cracks, wrinkles, inclusions, deformation and distortion.
5. The bending type of the busbar should be bent according to the needs. There are three basic bending types as follows, the bending type and the minimum bending radius;
