4,The shape of the sheet metal chassis is processed according to the positive tolerance of the allowable tolerance, and the shape of the chassis is processed according to the negative tolerance of the allowable tolerance of the sheet metal chassis.
5,The shape of the sheet metal chassis shall be processed according to the negative tolerance of the allowed tolerance, and the positive tolerance shall be strictly prohibited.
6,When the tolerance is not noted in the drawing and process, the processing is done according to GB/T 1804-92m level.

8,In the processing of sheet metal chassis, when there are tolerance marking requirements for drawings and processes, they should be processed according to the tolerance requirements.
9,All kinds of aluminum alloy panel, the shape is not noted tolerance, according to GB/T 1804-92 f level of negative difference and partial processing.
10, all products due to electroplating or hot dip zinc must open process holes, the process holes should be opened in the front of the product is not visible position.
11,For parts with plating requirements, if it is difficult to press rivet after bending, it should be indicated on the sheet metal chassis processing technology that auxiliary press riveting tooling is required.
12,In case of thick sheet metal folding edge and too small, the part that cannot be folded into place must be left with some margin, and after bending, the excess amount should be punched off or milled off in the process order.
