Stainless Steel Cable Mesh, also called Flexible Stainless Steel Cable Mesh, Stainless Steel Rope Mesh, Stainless Steel Wire Rope Mesh, it is produced of high quality stainless steel wire cable. It can be divided into ferrule type and inter-woven type by production crafts.
Due to the different styles of these two rope mesh products, we also refer to the ferrule type rope mesh as stainless steel ferrule mesh, X-TEND Mesh. The inter-woven type wire rope mesh is a pure hand-woven net, which is also called as interwoven stainless steel cable mesh, hand-woven wire rope mesh, or knotted stainless steel cable mesh.

Material: stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L.
Ferrule material: tinned copper, nickel plated copper, stainless steel.
Surface treatment: silver or black oxide finish.
Construction of wire cable: 7 × 7, 7 × 19.
Cable diameter: 1.0-5.0 mm.
Mesh opening sizes: 20-200 mm.
Mesh opening angles: 20°, 30°, 60°, 70°, 75°. Mesh aperture at 60° as standard opening.
Connection: ferrule or knotted.
Certification: certified to EN1263-1 for static and dynamic load capacity.
Ordering: specific to order, according to the project. The following specifications are that customers ordered frequently.
Rope Diamond Ferruled Mesh Optimum tension is achieved when 60° angle is formed between the two equilateral triangles. Once installed, the mesh structure is very stable because the tension is distributed evenly over the entire mesh.
