1) Automatic Wire Stripping Machine is used for wire cutting and stripping, this is a kind of used armoured cable recycling equipment.
2) This machine can separate the cable core from cable sheath, the blades cut wire sheath and the rollers separate the core from sheath by squeezing.
3) TF-7 is suitable for wider range wires,fit for high voltage cable,optical cable,submarine cable, rolling wheel can press above diameter 2mm single core, sheath flat wire, steel wire.

This machine is widely used among the wire stripping industry. It can peel fiber optics protective covering flat wire, the outsourcing metal steel silk thread, he rubber electric cable line and high tension cable. It can process 1.5mm diameter shealth line and steel wire line and so on. The increase diameter, the upper shaft can be arbitrary up and down.

Specifications of cable stripper machine:

1. Operator should pay special attention to the safety of hands. FATIGUE OPERATION IS FORBIDEN!
2. The pressure should not be too tight. Overload work will shorten the life span of the machine.
3. If the cable cannot get through, operator has to check whether the belt is loose or the pressure is too tight, or the blades are wrong directed.
4. If this machine work with heavy duty for a long time, operator has to check the oil capacity, grease lubrication is required on the fur shaft gears before working every three months.
5. Keep daily maintenance of the four bearings, any damage of bearing will cause shaft broken easily after continuous operating.
6. When work with bigger size cables, the upper shaft should be kept hanging on the same line by both sides.
7. Any loosing of the four lifting screw nuts of the transmission and motor have to be adjusted by fastening the chain and V-belt.

If the copper wire and rubber or plastic cannot be separated completely, please pay attention as below:
1. Choose the right feeding hole, adjust the positioning fixture via the diameter of cable.
2. Adjust the gap between the drove-gears according to the diameter of cable and the point mentioned in "3" of the following picture. Basically, the gap should be smaller than the diameter or cable.
3. Keep both sides of the long blades to be symmetrical, as well as the long blades and the position of fixture.
