The control system of this machine adopts mechanical system, CNC system, servo system, so high performance, stability, and easy to operate, new design and elegant appearance. Process one: start the machine, and the buffing wheel rotation. The buffing head can be adjusted to the appropriate angle of the product. (shown in ① ②)
Process two: the workbench drives the fixture rotating to the start side of under polished product, the polishing wheel works in the direction shown by the red line. (shown in ③ ⑥)
Process three: the workbench drives products to contact with the buffing wheel for buffing grinding. The polished surface is sequentially polished in the direction indicated by the red line during the buffing process, the self-spraying waxing device is used to spray wax on the buffing wheel (② ⑤)
Note: the machine head is fixed during the buffing process, all the movements are done by the workbench.
The machine is mainly for round, oval shape and the side of square products (such as sink) polishing.
