A: We can quote from your 3d formats like IGS,STP,PARASOLID etc and 2D drawings as well; quote the price to clients after got the 2d or 3d drawings within 2 hours;

A: We make the 3D programm with Pro-Engineer, UGS, SOLIDWORKS, MasterCam, Catia etc ;

5. How long does it take to receive samples?
a) Pattern:30-45days after order
b) Sample:30days after pattern finishing.
c) The lead time is the general production period and not include the transportation time.

Got tooling order and sample order with 50% deposit---Hold a meeting with the relation dept. to confirm the developing schedule---Prepare Prototype and sending for confirmation, fixture and gauge and making them in our house---mold steel buying---Machining---Inspection---Send out the tooling sample with initial inspection report.
