1. Cross wire feeding method: automatically straightening cutting machine should straighten and cut steel well before welded into wefts blanking systems, welfs falling automatically in welding process
2. Line wire feeding method: coil wire were put on the respective position,inserting one side of the coil wire into through-hole solder wire mesh machine,then the entire welding process is automatically feeding.
3. Control system: The control system adopts synchronous CNC technology,Mitsubishi PLC program and HMI. It is easy and convenient to operate with the touching screen.
4.Pulling mesh system Japan Sony stepper motor control whole automatic hauling wire mesh system
5. Automatic wire mesh rolling system: After the mesh sheet enter into volume mesh device,the whole process can roll mesh automatically
6.Welding transformer:160KVA*4PCS (24welding heads) ——every 6 welding heads need a water cooling transformer.
