1. This welded wire mesh panel welding machine adopts synchronous control technique,welding time and sub-control welding is composed of PLC program system.
2. Touch screen and keyboard input panel forms make operation more intelling and reasonable.
3. New and high efficiency of welding machine transformer expands welding wire diameter scope
4. Mesh drawing system is controlled by stepping motor which improved the precision of mesh opening size,meanwhile the longitudinal and transversal spacing are adjustable.
5. The cross wire feeding is automatic and derived by step motor,which makes the cross wire alining more accurate and fast. The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straighte and pre-cut.
Welded Wire Mesh Panel Welding Machine Features:
1. Adopts electrical synchronous control technique. Both separate-phase welding and welding time are controlled by digital and integrated electric circuit. This operation is accurate and stable. Firm welded spot is firm and without welded tracks.
2. The input front-panel is touch screen. The operation is more intelligent and reasonable.
3. The line wire and the cross wire are pre-straightened and pre-cut.
4. Wire mesh panel is pulled automatically.
5. Line wire feeding device save more welding time. The cross wire feeds from the hopper automatically.
6. The transformer adopts water-cooling system. The water cooling system prolongs the service time of transformer.
