Advanced welding technology allows us to satisfy customer requirements. The Welded Rebar Mesh Welding Machine can weld wire diameter from 4.0-9.0mm rebar, round bar. The welding range is very big. The biggest advantage is that the Welded Rebar Mesh Welding Machine can make small mesh hole size 50*50mm with wire diameter 6mm and 7mm. This function can solve problems for clients. Mesh width max 3000mm. Mesh length max 12m.
Welded Rebar Mesh Welding Machine Features:
1. The welded rebar mesh welding machine is made of thick steel plate and profile steel, high strength, high toughness, main structure is more solid.
2. The welding adopts separate-control technology, making the welding transformers working separately to reduce the capacity requirement of power transformer and reduce the impact current.
3. The cross wire space adjustment adopts PLC micro-computer control, set on the touch screen.
4. The mesh pulling system in cycle is automatically calculated, no need manual setting. The mesh pulling car can be back to origin automatically after finishing the pulling.
5. The machine will stop working automatically if there are no cross wires in hopper device.
6. When there is malfunction on the machine, the PLC will alarm, which is convenient to adjust the machine.
7. Welding electrodes are made of pure chromium zirconium copper, durable. (Water cooling).
8. Main motor&Helical gear reducer connect the main axis directly, big transmission torque.
9. Cast water-cooling transformers, high efficiency. Welding degree is adjusted by PLC.
10. Panasonic (Japan) servo motor and planetary reducer for pulling mesh, more precise.
11. Cable carrier is Igus brand, imported from Germany, the best one, not easily hung down.
12. The welded rebar mesh welding machine need two workers to operate. And the the cross wire hopper device can load more wires.Save labor strength.
