Rebar Mesh Panel Welding Machine Introduction:
Rebar mesh panel welding machine is used to produce reinforcing mesh. The rebar mesh panel welding machine is controlled by PLC and operated by touch screen. It is easy to operate. Straighten warp wire and weft wire and cut into material. Stepper motor control weft wire hopper, automatic blanking, fast welding speed, 60-80 times/min. Panasonic servo motor pull net, grid control is more accurate and stable than stepping motor pull mesh.

1. Our rebar mesh panel welding machine cent-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, times welding .
2. Per-cut line wire by manual feed, per-cut cross wires auto feeding with the high production rate,which keep the mesh surface is very flat. The hopper adopts the steeping motor control ,brake motor wheels and the cross wire will fall automatically from the hopper.
3. Our transformers adopts big power at 125KVA every one,which can ensure the welding quality in good condition and adopt water cooling system. Our clients are very satisfied with our new development.
4. The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance of cross wire at random on the same one piece wire mesh sheet very easily, and only need to set the any space required on the touch screen.
5. The machine will stop working automatically if there are no cross wires in hopper device.
6. When there is malfunction on the machine, the PLC will alarm, which is convenient to adjust the machine.
7. Welding electrodes are made of pure chromium zirconium copper, durable. (Water cooling).
8. Main motor&Helical gear reducer connect the main axis directly, big transmission torque.
9. Cast water-cooling welding transformers, high efficiency. Welding degree is adjusted by PLC.
10. Guarantee: two years. Within two years after the date when the goods rwach the destination port if the parts are broken for reasons which are not human,the seller will change the same with a new one free of charge.
