Steel Grating Welding Machine Introduction:
This steel grating welding production line is comprised of gantry type welding machine, double-layer flat steel feeding device, cross bar auto falling device, steel grating hauling device, hydraulic & pneumatic system, CNC control system, etc.
1. Suitable material: hot-rolled steel or cold-rolled steel.
2.Bearing flat bar: slitted strips, width 25-75mm, thickness 2.5-6.5mm
3. Cross bar: round bar or twisted square bar, 5mm, 8mm (diameter of round bar or side length of square bar, cross section is usually not less than 20mm2)
Steel Grating Welding Machine Features:
1. It's made up of input table 6 meters, main machine, oil pump, control cabinet, output table 2 meters and saw blade sharpening machine.
2. It is automatic cutting for grating, the cutting blade moving is controlled by frequency adjustable inverter.
3. It adopts the new technology-infrared sight to cut the steel grating on straight line, accurate.
4. Motor speed:2950rpm, can cut 1.6m per minute or even faster.
5. The machine needs the worker to measure the cut length first, make a mark, then send the steel gratings to the infrared sight line to cut.
6. The saw blade is made of 75Crl. It is very good use for cutting.
