And the assembly Line combine inner round with blade shape wire together. The concertina razor barbed wire making machine include: Decoiler, Punch machine, Slitting frame, Razor strip recoiler, Wire spool, Wire strip coil, Razor coiling machine, Collecting strip spool and control cabinet. This type has advantages of easy operation,easy maintain,high speed and low energy consumption.
Concertina Razor Barbed Wire Making Machine Features:
1. The automatic decoiler can load max 2000kg galvanized coil. Automatic feeding.The weight is 300kg.The rotate speed is 60 r per min.
2. The pressure of the punch machine is 40T. The motor of punch machine is 5.5kw.This is used to make 9 strips razor coil wire. The punch machine could make BTO-10,BTO-12,BTO-18,BTO-22,BTO-28.BTO-30. Can also make 11 strips razor barbed wire. need to use 63T punch machine to make. The 63T punch machine can make CBT-60,CBT-65.
3. The Concertina Razor Barbed Wire Making Machine is equipped with customized mould to ensure no wastage of raw material. The shape and quantity of strips depends on the mould. The material of mould is hard alloy. One year service life.
4. The punch machine is equipped with step motor and converter used on Yangli brand punch machine to feed steel sheet. In this way, The punch speed up to 100 times per min.
5. The razor coiling machine adopts inverter to adjust the working speed.more precise,long life.
