3. The Welded Wire Roll Mesh Welding Machine cent-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, times welding .
4. The welding transformers adopts big power at 160KVA every one,which can ensure the welding quality in good condition and adopt water cooling system. The welding point is firmed.
5. The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the space of cross wire on the same one piece wire mesh sheet and only need to set the parameters required on the touch screen. Such as; you can also set the roll mesh length by touch screen. When the required roll mesh length is finished. The roll mesh mahcine stop working. The worker take out the roll mesh from the rolling mesh machine.
6. The pulling mesh system adopts servo motor. The servo motor pull the mesh size more accurate and powerful than stepping motor.
7. The welded wire roll mesh welding machine need electrical transformer at least 120kva to supply machine working. This is very important point for the machine running. And the distance from the electrical transformer to the welded wire roll mesh welding machine should within 100m. The cable wire is copper wire or Aluminium wire both ok.
