Construction Mesh Panel Production Line Introduction:
1. The construction mesh panel production line is one complete production line to make building mesh. The construction mesh panel production line is equipped with automatic cutting mesh machine. The cutting mesh length can be adjustable according to your requirement.
2. This construction mesh panel production line adopts electrical & electronic synchronous control technique, both separate-phases welding and welding time composed of digital and integrated electric circuit, more intelligent and rational, press at one time, separate welding.
3. The line wire is fed from coil wires,the cross wire is pre-cut. which is fed from hopper driven by stepping motor. The line wire through the line wire straighten device. make the galvanized wire or steel wire straighten. Then the line wire is feed under the welding electrodes. To start welding.
4. The welding speed is fast. The max.welding speed up to 85 times per min. Very high production speed.
5. The cutting mesh panel machine is controlled by the control cabinet. You set the cut mesh length by touch screen in the control cabinet. The cutting mesh machine will cut the mesh panel as per your required cutting mesh length. After cutting mesh panel. The mesh panel will fall into the collect mesh car. The worker pull out the collect mesh car when the mesh panel is full.
6. The pulling mesh system is controlled by the servo motor. The pulling mesh system is also controlled by air cylinder. Make sure the accurate of pull mesh size.
7. Suitable material for the construction mesh panel production line: galvanized wire,iron wire.steel wire.
