The hopper device drop the line wires into dies automatically. The line wire push car push the line wires to the welding machine. The wire mesh welding machine start to work. The cross wire is feed automatically by stepping motor. Wire mesh welding machine adopts CNC synchronous control technology, welding time and divided control welding time are composed of PLC digital programming system, input panel for touch screen or keyboard two kinds, operation is more intelligent, reasonable.
Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features:
1. Each set of transformers are controlled by a separate microcomputer, pressure multiple welding, the biggest advantage of the control is: can appear on the same mesh between latitude and latitude more than 30 different size of holes.
2. Welding electrode head is made of high-quality chrome pick copper material, which has a long service life and reduces production cost.
3. Feeding mode: Automatic feeding by stepping motor, reducing welding waiting time, fast feeding speed and accurate position.
4. Cross wire feeding mode: stepping motor automatic feeding weft blanking, blanking position is accurate.
5. Pulling mesh mode: Servo motor reciprocating drawing, pneumatic tightening weft wire, to ensure the precise position of drawing mesh.
6. The wire mesh welding machine suitable material: galvanized wire, round bar, ribbed wire.
7. The hopper device drop the line wires into dies one by one automatically. The line wire push car push the line wires to the welding machine. The wire mesh welding machine start to work. The cross wire is feed automatically by stepping motor.
