2. The control cabinet adopt touch screen and keyboard, you can change welding time and weft wire hole mesh size through touch screen. And has language in English.
3. The weft wires are fed from the hopper device automatically and is controlled by step motor.The stepper motor drives the disk-type device to drop wires automatically. The weft wire store device has more capacity can load max 1.5 tons rebar.
4.  Adjustable distance of line wire that allows different mesh hole size between the line wire, when input the distance of cross wire to computer, any mesh opening can be reach. The minimum cross wire space is 100mm, Max up to 300mm.
5. The main engine adopts imported and famous pneumatic components, making the service life long.
6. The mesh pulling system is controlled by Panasonic servo-motor supporting planetary reducer drives pneumatic clamping mesh pulling device to ensure the stability of the system and the standard size of the welded mesh.Automatic reciprocating mesh drawing can realize the production of lengthening size mesh.
7. The reinforcing steel bar mesh welding machine equips with 32 pieces of typical and efficient water-cooling welding transformers, The capacity of welding transformer is 160KVA*16PCS (32 pcs of welding electrodes) ——every two welding electrodes need a water cooling welding transformer. The water-cooling welding transformer with epoxy resin are adopted, which is smaller in size and higher welding capacity in safety and reliability than traditional transformers.
