3. The straightening main engine is composed of the grab wire device, straightening device, cutting device and power transmission mechanism
4. With safety shield and safety detection switch, the main engine can not be started when the shield is open
5. The payoff reel is welded with metal sheet and the carrying capacity is 3T.
6.The bottom of the support shaft is equipped with pneumatic brake device, according to the actual situation limit the payoff reel speed. When the main engine stops, the payoff reel will stop immediately
7.High speed of straightening and high accuracy (can be ±1mm); it is easy to operate, only need one person to control one more machines.
8.Wires cutting adopts pneumatic clutch control system which has higher speed and less scratch.
