Introduction of Fence Mesh Panel Welding Machine:
1. Our fence mesh panel welding machine cent-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system . The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, times welding .
2. Per-cut line wire by manual feeding, per-cut cross wires auto feeding with the high production rate,which keep the mesh surface is very flat. The hopper adopts the steeping motor control ,brake motor wheels and the cross wire will fallen automatically from the hopper.
3. Our transformers adopts big power at 125KVA every one,which can ensure the welding quality in good condition and adopt water cooling system. Our clients are very satisfied with our new development.
4. The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance of cross wire at random on the same one piece wire mesh sheet very easily, and only need to set the any space required on the touch screen.
5. The up and down of pulling hook is controlled by air cylinder. And the mesh pulling distance (cross wire space) is adjusted by PLC on touch screen.
6. Cast water-cooling welding transformer:160KVA*6PCS (48welding electrodes) ——every 8 welding electrodes need one welding transformer.
7. Wire feeding way: The longitudinal wires pre-straighten pre-cut. feed by manual. and the cross wires pre-straightened and pre-cut, automatic feeding by step motor. The welding degree is adjustable by touch screen by PLC.

1. The upper and lower welding electrodes are water cooling types, increasing the service life of welding electrodes.
2. Upper copper wires connect the upper electrode and the lower electrode. Lower copper plates connect lower electrodes and welding transformers.
