Introduction of Welded Wire Mesh Machine:
1. Both of the line wire and cross wire are fed from wire coils automatical.
2. The middle cutter and sider cutters can be adjusted to make two mesh rolls at same time.
3. The welding time and welding current can be adjusted on the control panel to adjust the welding degree.
4. The welding transformers have 8 degrees and can be adjusted for different wire diameters.
5. The mesh roll length can be set by counter switch on the control panel. (For example, if 25m mesh length, 25mm cross wire space, the number should set 1001.)
6. New type welded wire mesh machine use Delixi brand breaker, Delta brand inverter, Schneider brand electric parts. Old type machine use common brand electric parts, no inverter.
7. New welded wire mesh machine use Delta brand inverter to control the speed, so no need speed meter any more.
Old type machines use speed meter to control the speed, the speed meter is very easily broken. The position of buttons is too close with the moving part, also easily broken.
8. On the back of the new type machine, we use 1.5mm steel plate, on the bottom we use square steel; Old type machine use 0.2mm steel plate and angle iron, not stable.
9. New type welded wire mesh machine use Mengniu brand main moto&Guomao brand reducer, which are the best quality in China. The quality can be guaranteed.
