Monel alloy series products have excellent physical properties of high strength, high corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Monel-400 is a single-phase Austenitic Alloy with Ni Cu solid solution. It has excellent corrosion resistance and medium temperature strength, especially in medium and high temperature strong acid and alkali medium.

Monel alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to reducing medium. It has good stability in hydrofluoric acid, alkali, sea water, H2S, H2SO4, H3PO4, organic acid and many other corrosive medium, especially in hydrofluoric acid and alkali solution, which is only inferior to platinum and silver.
