Berief introduction of knitted wire mesh:
There are many aliases of gas-liquid filter mesh, which is also called foam breaking mesh, demister mesh, fog catching mesh, demister net, etc. To put it simply, the gas-liquid filter mesh is a kind of net woven by crocheting. Generally, the diameter of stainless steel wire used is between φ 0.10mm and φ 0.30mm, and the width of the screen is 100mm, 150 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, 560 mm and 600 mm; The mesh size includes: 3x4mm, 4x5mm, 7x12mm and other types. Usually, the woven mesh will be pressed with 20-45 degree bevel 2-7mm deep ripples.
1. The range of wire diameter of knitted wire mesh: is 0.08mm-0.55mm (the commonly used wire diameter is 0.15mm-0.30mm). In addition, multiple strands of wire can be woven together.
2. Opening size of knitted wire mesh: from (2 × 3mm) to (4 × 5mm) and then to (6 × 12mm), in addition, the opening size can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements. The form of opening is the cross arrangement of large holes and small holes (the size of holes in the length direction is the same, and in the width direction is different)
3. Surface treatment of knitted wire mesh: flat screen and corrugated screen pressed into corrugation (for width and depth of corrugation there are different specifications)
4. The mesh width of knitted wire mesh: 40mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, etc.
5. Main materials of knitted wire mesh: aisi201, 304, 304L, 310S, 321, 316, 316L, 904L, 316Ti, 2205, alloy 20, 410s, copper, nickel, titanium, Monel, ns-80, C-276, galvanized wire, modified drawing wire, co-knit of stainless steel wire and cotton or plastic PP, PTFE, glass fiber.
