They are delivered in cartons (for small quantity and urgent need), on pallets (for big quantity and sea shipping) and in wooden boxes (for some special mesh) sometimes. In order to find the right co-knit wire mesh,
we should refer to the characteristics of the material when selecting the gas-liquid filter screen, ensure that the selected material is usable, and compare several different materials, choose the best one.
For example, for the gas-liquid filter screen
used for demister, it is better to choose metal wire or metal wire and non-metal wire weaving, and if the ventilation system chooses gas-liquid filter screen, it can use non-metal filter screen.
Firstly, the materials of the co-knit gas-liquid filter screen
can be roughly divided into three categories: metal, non-metal and mixed metal and non-metal wire. Among them, metals include: stainless steel wire, alloy wire, pure titanium wire, Monel, Inconel, galvanized wire, copper wire, brass wire, etc. Nonmetal category includes: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polypropylene, etc. The interweaving categories of metal and non-metal wires include: stainless steel mixed with glass fiber, stainless steel mixed with polytetrafluoroethylene, stainless steel mixed with polypropylene, stainless steel mixed with cotton thread, etc.
Secondly, the purpose of selecting the co-knit gas-liquid filter screen
should be clear, for example, selecting whether the gas-liquid filter screen is used to make a mesh demister, or a filter screen for gas-liquid separation, gas-water separation, oil-water separation and other devices, or a shielding device for electronic and electrical products against electromagnetic interference and so on. Different use of gas-liquid filter screen, the choice of materials are also very different.

may be made from most metals and plastics i.e. SS304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 310S, 201, Duplex 2205, 316Ti, 904L, Monel, Nickel, Alloy 20, Copper, P.T.F.E., H.D.P.E., P.P., co-knit of 316L + PTFE, alloy 20 + PTFE, 304+PTFE, 904L + PTFE, 304+glass fiber, 316L + glass fiber, 904L + glass fiber, 316L+PP etc. and other metals, alloys or plastic which can be drawn or extruded.
