The principle of the defogger with baffle plate: When the gas containing mist flows through the mist eliminator at a certain speed, due to the inertial impact of the gas, the mist collides with the corrugated plate and is attached to the surface of the corrugated plate. The diffusion of the mist on the surface of the corrugated plate and the gravitational sedimentation of the mist make the mist form larger droplets and move forward with the airflow to the corner of the corrugated plate.

Due to the turning centrifugal force and its friction with the corrugated plate, adsorption and the surface tension of the liquid, the droplets become larger and larger until the accumulated droplets are so large that their own gravity exceeds the resultant force of the upward force of the gas and the surface tension of the liquid , the droplets are separated from the surface of the corrugated plate.

The multi-folding structure of the corrugated plate of the mist eliminator increases the chance of the mist being trapped, and the mist that is not removed will be trapped by the same action at the next turn. This repeated action greatly improves the demisting efficiency. . After the gas passes through the corrugated plate mist eliminator, there is basically no mist.
