The main products we have developed are thyristor serial-connected medium frequency electric inducting furnaces and the IGBT transistor medium frequency electric inducting furnaces. Technology and quality of our product are outstanding, and its safety, energy-saving and environmental protection surpass national standards. it can obtain an energy-saving rate of 15-20%, the power of the furnace system is ranging from 100KW to 30000KW and  the furnace capacity is accordingly from 0.5T to 60T.

It is manufactured with a  number of protective devices and units which include a hydraulic lock for the furnace itself, Power Supply Cabinet Door Interlock, ground protection, a drop-roof hood to protect workers against falling , a molten iron leakage detection system, protection devices for avoiding explosion of furnace due to high temperature water and water leakage, and a resin-poured impedance with an empty core.

Further more , we also provide an intelligent digital remote detection system, allowing users to remotely control our furnace system, no matter they are in the office or somewhere else.
