Currently, thyristor serial-connected electric induction melting furnace is very popular and it is widely applied in casting factories and it is also one of the lowest engergy consumption equipment and its power factor is higher than 0.95. Compared with parallel-connected thyristor types , its power efficiency is much higher than others and it can save power 20% higher than them
