Furthermore, safety is the most important thing you must concern, the whole induction melting system is provided with hydraulic lock, power supply cabinet door interlock, drop-proof device, water leakage protection, over-temperature detection, molten iron leakage detection, grounding and emergency powe supply etc., ensuring the whole system can run without unexpected accident.
One furnace or two or multiple furnaces can be driven by one medium frequency power supply cabient synchronuously so that molten iron can be continuously supplied in casting process.
