Under the effort of our technical department dedicating to technological innovation,research and development ,we have already got many registered invention patents for melting system with steel shell furnace which is also called induction furnace or induction melting furnace.
The furnace consists of four main parts: steel plate shell, magnetic yoke, insulation material and induction coil. To improve the efficiency of the furnace, oriented silicon steel sheet is used. . It has a special W-shaped structure, which allows it to work without water cooling, reducing the consumption of power and water.
Moreover, two sets of steel shell induction furnace can be powered by one set of power supply cabinet, both of them can melt metal synchronously. This helps to ensure the continuous production of molten iron in the casting process.
Site melting management computer, digital main control board and PLC etc. form a network system, and it can be expanded to other interfaces through switches such as office management, remote diagnosis and maintenance three-level network system etc.. Upper computer of office melting management system connects all melting devices to collect, transmit, and monitor all data of each device. Network architecture is shown in the following figure.
