 1.Induction ring is treated with porcelain. After it is machined, firstly ,carry out sandblasting treatment on it, then it is coated with porcelain     in electrostatic spraying method, then it is treated in a oven with 220～240℃ temperature.

2. Mica board should be placed at the inner side of the bakelite column to prevent it from being burnt out due to moisture or high temperature ignition.

3.Cone-shaped and poured structure made of refractory clay inside the induction ring can facilitate pushing out action of furnace lining.

4.The hydraulic system consists of dual pumps and dual systems. When the hydraulic pump or leakage system of this furnace         malfunctions, the other set of hydraulic pump system can be immediately put into operation for furnace tilting

5. One power cabinet can power two furnaces at the same time, one is for holding temperature, the other is for melting,  both of them can also melt raw material simultaneously, this can achieve large  part casting process and it can also be applied in casting process with any small tonnage or large tonnage,
