Thyristor KGPS Induction furnace with triple voltage  features fast melting speed, low power consumption, and low load loss. It optimizes the power supply voltage to  2400V-2600V , greatly reducing the electricity consumption.

It is equipped with mature technology, ensuring reliable and stable performance with a low failure rate. What's more, equipped with a digital control system, it is easy to operate and maintain, minimizing maintenance cost and staff training.

 The technology applied to the device is KGPS bias voltage can increase the load voltage to a triple value without raising the input voltage, it is an efficient way to reduce load losses. Furthermore, the melting speed is also significantly improved with KGPS, compared to the ordinary device under the same power.

The working principle of the medium frequency melting furnace is that a three-phase bridge fully controlled rectifier circuit converts the alternating current to direct current, and then a single phase inverting bridge convert the direct current  to a single-phase medium frequency current with a frequency from1000 to 8000 Hz. Besides, the control system is fully digital with various signals being automatically calculated and processed, enabling a simplified control system can operate reliably, avoiding potential equipment failures caused by the sub-relay control circuit.

The Aluminum Melting Furnace is securely shrink-wrapped and placed inside water proof and vibration proof boxes for shipping. The boxes are then placed on pallets for transport. The pallets are wrapped, strapped, and secured to ensure safe transport 

the equipment is thoroughly inspected before leaving the warehouse. They are shipped by sea or inland.
