Furthermore, it is simple and convenient to maintain and the maintenance cost is low. Moreover, its operation is easy and there is no difference in operation from ordinary thyristor equipment.

KGPS bias voltage technology is a new power supply. It increases the load voltage to triple value without raising input voltage, which significantly lowers the load losses and reduces electricity consumption. Moreover, it improves the efficiency and increases the melting speed compared to ordinary KGPS equipment under the same power.

The medium frequency melting furnace has a three-phase bridge and a fully controlled rectifier circuit to convert alternating current to direct current. Then, a single-phase inverter bridge is applied to transfer the current into a single-phase medium frequency current with a certain frequency (usually 1000 to 8000Hz). Also, the control system is fully digital. Automatically the signals are calculated and processed and all actions are accomplished according to the set program. It replaces sub-relay control circuits with digital controller, preventing equipment damaged due to poor contact of relay and reducing the maintenance difficulty.
