    Currently, thyristor serial-connected electric furnace is most widely applied in casting industry and it is also one of the lowest power consumption devices with a power factor of over 0.95. Compared with parallel-connected thyristor types , its power efficiency is much higher and power can be saved 20% higher than them.

02  Detecting system for molten iron leakage out of furnace 

       Direct current voltage is provided between induction ring and bottom electrode to detect the resistance value of furnace lining, it is not necessary to install a stainless steel wire at the inside of induction ring , preventing molten iron explosion accident.

03   Interlock of power supply cabinet door  

       Electric panel shall immediately cut off power supply if door is opened when equipment is running , avoiding electric contact accident.

04   Protection against accident due to high temperature of water and water leakage

       Avoid furnace explosion accident by detecting water temperature, water pressure and water flow.

05  Grounding protection

     Conduct the inducting electricity existing on the cabinet door into the ground ,Avoiding electric contact accident

06  drop-roof hood of furnace

      Prevent workers from falling when tilting the furnace

 07   Emergency power supply

       When the electricity is suddenly cut off, start the electricity generator group in time to provide power supply for water circulation of furnace,  hydraulic system, lighting and moving lifter , preventing circulation water of furnace from getting very high to damage induction ring, ,therefore avoiding accidence.
