Power from one set of power cabinet can be distributed simultaneously to two melting furnaces. This setup allows the user to choose which furnace is to be used for melting and which is to be used for insulation, enabling continuous supply of molten iron for the pouring line.
Using one power cabinet and two furnaces, it can also be possible to melt raw materials in both furnaces simultaneously. This system is ideal for large part casting and it can also be applied for castings of any tonnage, large or small.
