Technical Introduction: KGPS bias voltage technology is a new type of energy-saving power supply. Load voltage is increased to a triple value higher than others without increasing input voltage, greatly reducing load losses and reducing electricity consumption. Meanwhile, due to improved efficiency of the entire machine, melting speed has been significantly improved compared to ordinary KGPS equipment under the same power.
Working principle of medium frequency melting furnace is such a circuit which utilizes a three-phase bridge fully controlled rectifier circuit to convert alternating current into direct current, then a single-phase inverter bridge is applied to invert the direct current into a single-phase medium frequency current with a certain frequency (usually 1000 to 8000Hz).
