Product Introduction
This adjuvant is a pH-neutral water-based adjuvant, primarily composed of high molecular weight polymers. Its hydrophobic ends can bind to protein antigens (including peptides or small molecules conjugated with proteins), maintaining the protein structure unaffected. Upon injection into animal bodies, the bound antigens are slowly released, thereby gradually stimulating the immune system. All ingredients of this adjuvant comply with human pharmaceutical standards, rendering it non-toxic and non-immunogenic. Being water-based, it exhibits excellent injectability, rapid tissue absorption, and assures the health of animals post-immunization, without causing fever, meat abscess, or injection site necrosis. Animals also do not develop antibodies against the adjuvant itself. Its immunogenic effect surpasses that of Freund's adjuvant, with much lower side effects. (The adjuvant has undergone sterilization.)
Compared to conventional Freund's adjuvant, there is no need for pre-emulsification, thus preserving the natural conformation of antigens, facilitating the selection of monoclonal antibodies targeting conformational epitopes. Details are as follows:
Rapid antibody production, high antibody titers, and high affinity. By reducing the number of immunizations and the antigen dosage per injection, the total antigen usage can be significantly reduced. Taking a standard rabbit immunization program as an example, reinforced immunization is only needed within three weeks. Usually, high-affinity antibody levels reaching 256k-1024k in ELISA can be obtained within 21-28 days.
(This greatly shortens the antibody production cycle, far superior to industry standards.)
Being water-soluble, it eliminates the need for the complex emulsification process of Freund's adjuvant. Antigen and adjuvant only require simple mixing for animal immunization. Muscle immunization route is employed. The reagent itself is a complex of multiple adjuvants rather than a single component, demonstrating good broad-spectrum efficacy. It is suitable for rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, chickens, and other species, all yielding good results. The company has also developed a rapid adjuvant for enhancing mouse immunization and welcomes trials and purchases.
