Product Description:
Main Applications: Coatings for optical fibers, metal coatings, etc. Provides curing and flexibility for UV wood coatings systems.
Processes: Screen printing, roller coating, spraying, adhesive applications, etc. Compatible with conventional UV monomers and resin blends.
Typical performance characteristics:
1:Excellent scratch resistance, excellent yellowing resistance, excellent water and chemical resistance, excellent temperature resistance, etc. Provides curing and flexibility for UV wood coatings systems.
2:Number of functional groups: 2, Curing energy: 300-500 mJ/cm², can be cured with both UV and UV-LED.
3:Molecular weight (Mw): 1500-3000, soluble in ketones, esters, and aromatic solvents.
This product offers a range of desirable properties including scratch resistance, yellowing resistance, water and chemical resistance, and temperature resistance. It is suitable for use in UV wood coatings systems, providing curing and flexibility. It can be cured using both UV and UV-LED light sources and is soluble in ketones, esters, and aromatic solvents.
