1.Machine base: 
The material is solder of channel steel weld together
Character: light and simple structure, easy transportation
2. Main gearing: 
Servo motor power, reduce by the reduction gearbox, make chain gripping the low film to traction, and acting the splined shaft to do period movement.
3. Main movement construction
3.1 Low film feed
Main construction: feed cabinet, oscillating arm, feed roll (ALUΦ40)
Function: pre-feed low film, save the traction chain labour.
3.2 Forming, heat seal, perforation mechanism
Main construction: cabinet (cast product), cam (GCr15), guide shaft: (GCr15Φ25), linear bearing, mould frame, exchangeable moulds (ALU).
3.3 Perforation and Punch:
Main construction: hob cutter (white iron), roller (dealt with carbon steel quenching), cutter-control cylinder, cylinder, cutting knife. For hard PVC, punching mould. 
3.4 Traction:
Main construction: chain wheel, grip chain (stainless steel)
3.5 Output and waste collect:
Main construction: conveyer belt (PVC), pony roll (carbon steel), rotary brush (PVC)
4. Mould position adjust: 
Main construction: hand wheel, bevel gear set, screw stem (carbon steel)
5. Print structure (Optional)
Main construction: micro DC motor, printing cylinder (stainless steel), scraper knife (PVC), letters (rubber)

1. Low film pre-heat: up and lower heat board joint heating low film, high efficiency, auto separating while traction
2. PVC forming: under the cam action up and lower mould joint-lock, with seal ring ensure no air leakage, stable vacuum forming .
3. Heat seal: under the cam action up and lower mould joint-lock. Up mould heating and with cylinder buffering. Up and lower mould net pattern good sealing.
4. Mechanism adjust: the moulds cabinet and be adjusted on the machine base. Convenient for mould exchange.
5. Mould location: clamping plate location, easy operation and exchange.
6. Blister strip cutting: cross cut by cylinder, easy position adjust. Hob cutter perforation or length cut, can add or minus hob cutter accord to blister strip.
7. Print device: relief printing, synchronization print, save materials.
