Instructions:
1. Place the steam indicator card at the center of the standard test kit or article, where the card surface is printed with one end of the indicator and placed in the middle of the package. The indicator card should be placed on the intersection of the rigid container or at least two diagonals. Or put it in the most difficult place to sterilize. For each sterilization process, put one instruction card in the bag inside each big bag and the difficult-to-sterilize part. When placing it, mark the card with gauze or kraft paper to prevent the indication. The card is damp and affects the judgment of the result.
2. According to the routine of sterilization operation, when the saturated steam is sterilized at 121 (+-2) °C, the indicator card color block changes from yellow to black, and it can be determined that the sterilization package has been sterilized; Unevenness or no change in color indicates that the package has not been sterilized.
3. Under a steam condition of 121 ° C for 15 minutes, the color block is changed from yellow to black. Under a steam condition of 132 ° C for 3.5 minutes, the color block was changed from color yellow to black.
Structure and performance:
This product uses imported paper as the base material, and makes the chemical substance and the color developing agent and its auxiliary materials into ink and prints the ink on the special cardboard to display the indicator color under the condition of proper temperature, humidity and pressure. The color of the mark changes from yellow to black, so as to quickly and intuitively reflect whether the sterilized article has been sterilized, and the color after sterilization is not easily faded.
