Synthetic Absorbable Sutures with/without Needles are extensively used for suturing and ligating tissue of human’s body in surgery. Now our company has man ufactured a series of products, the Synthetic Absorbable Sutures with/without Need les are joined together by medical suture needle processed in the end and medic al Synthetic absorbable suture thread processed by specialized machine. The sutu re needle is made from the superior stainless steel wire, which has good rigidity and good tenacity, endures erosion, the appearance of needle is clipper-built, vari ous kinds of needles are made with different arc, the needle can penetrate the tis sue with little resistance and without delay after the surface is processed specially.
Synthetic Absorbable Sutures thread adopt such as Polyglycolic acid(PGA),Polydioxanone Monofilament(PDO), Poly(glycolide-co-L-lactide)(PGLA) ; The surface is smooth, the stem is even without besmirch and ties, it has good resistance to swell. The wrapping groove is pressed in the end of needle, so that different th reads can be put into it, the thread can be packed in the body of needle by specialized machine, then the needle is put into the airtight aluminum foil bag. The product can be sterilized thoroughly by EO; the product is immune from bacteria, the bio-compatibility test is up to grade, the product can be used conveniently.
It is indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation including use in ophthalmic procedures, but not for use in cardiovascular and neurological p rocedures.
