Product description

instrument. It uses the infrared spectrum of the eardrum (equivalent to the hypothalamus) to determine the body
temperature. According to the black body radiation theory, different The infrared spectrum generated by objects
with different temperatures is also different. It is displayed by using a thermopile infrared detector that can be
accurate to 0.1 ° C and then converting the readings by a microcomputer.

governs the body's temperature. The hypothalamus is also the central point of the body temperature. When the human
body has a fever, it is the result of "spot-pointing" the increase in the number of inflammatory chemicals
circulating in the bloodstream. The hypothalamus is the earliest place where the body temperature rises. It happens
to have traffic, so the eardrum temperature is the best way to reflect the temperature of the human body.
Appropriately, the eardrum is also the earliest place to detect whether the body has a fever.
The allowable error of the ear thermometer itself is usually ± 0.2 ° C within the range of 36-39 ° C, and ± 0.3
° C above 39 ° C and below 36 ° C. When used, incorrect use will also cause additional errors. Such as a large
amount of ear wax in the ear canal, will bring errors. When the ear thermometer plugs the ear hole during
measurement, the temperature field in the ear hole will change, and the value will change if the measurement time
is too long. When repeating multiple measurements, if the measurement interval is not appropriate, each reading
will be different.
Precautions
(1) It is best to use a new "outer film cover" every time you use it. There is not enough "outer film cover" to use
plastic wrap, but it is more troublesome.
(2) The deeper the tip, the better, but do not cause discomfort.
(3) When testing children, it is best to gently pull the ears back and upward (straighten the ear canal).
(4) It is best to measure both ears, or even measure one ear three times, and take the highest value (because there
may be an error of 0.1 ℃ ～ 0.3 ℃ on both sides).
(5) Just expose to the sun for too long or exercise, avoid measurement, otherwise the measured value may be higher
than the actual temperature.
