NIM series hydraulic motor is manufactured according to Italian standard, the main parts are produced by the processing center and CNC machine processing, all seals and high strength hexagon screws are imported from Germany, Italy and Taiwan, casting parts are made of ductile cast iron with polyester sand, so as to ensure that the performance and appearance quality of the products are better than those produced in China Product level.
NIM series hydraulic motor has so many advantages such as good reliability, high efficiency, long life, wide range speed and low noise. Motors are widely used in plastic injection machine, ships, mines, building metallurgy, petroleum, coal mines, geological drilling, plastic industry and other machinery hydraulic pressure transmission system.

Notes:
1. The recommended filtration accuracy is 25 microns.
2. The viscosity is 15-1000 cSt, can ensure good performance.
3. The leakage port shall be connected to the oil tank separately. maximum pressure of the housing is 0.1Mpa, improved housing can bear 3-5Mpa.
4. The highest horizontal position of the leaking pipe should be higher than that of the motor housing to prevent emptying the oil in the motor housing.
5. Motor housing must be filled with hydraulic oil to prevent damage for the first start.
6. Motor can be installed arbitrarily, installation bracket must have enough rigidity. During installation, you should ensure that the output shaft and the connection drive shaft are concentric. Keep the cleanliness of the connection oil port, do not allow any foreign matter to enter.
7. Reduce the radial, axial load for output shaft which can make the hydraulic motor life extension.
